VISA CARD NOT WORKING FOR PAYMENT!

I recently placed an order on fiverr and the order was cancelled and the amount was added to my personal balance. I has used a coupon but the coupon wasn't refunded and when I tried to use the money for another order I had 150PKR extra to pay but my bank card isn't allowing to pay that small amount. What should I do?There is no way to deselect the amount in my personal balance.
