I have been a seller for almost six years on this platform with 4.7 ratings and more yet with the new update my score for every gig is negative and even the score says low performance, this new update has tanked my whole fiverr biz. I cant seem to change anything to improve the score, my last two deliveries were great with 4.8 and 5 star ratings plus tips, they were orders before the new update.
If there is anyone who can help me out in this situation with some tips or updates on the new software or algorithm they are using, please share. Otherwise i have no other option to take my shop elsewhere sadly.
