I got demoted

My account was demoted recently.
Have not been getting sales for over a year now, which was beyond my understanding, neither do I get any brief,but I was surprised when I received the message that my account has been demoted.

We all faced this bug, you just need to update your app.
You may still be demoted if you have a low success score though

Ok. Thks. Have updated the app, but still demoted and my success rate is fine.
