Gig Denied!

HI, i am working on Fiverr from years and Almost 2 weeks ago my Gig is denied and its saying i have Prohibit fiverr policies. its saying i have added a word in gig video which is prohibiting. I am contacting with support from last 2 weeks but still not found any solution. Give me any suggestion what i said to them so fiverr can make my gig live or even in draft so i would change the word from video and continue my business. THANKS!

If that service is prohibited, then you can't continue that service. It's against Fiverr Terms and Conditions.

But the service is 100% genuine and not only me thousands of seller on fiverr selling that service. Even more then 500 are those who are top rated and Level 2 sellers. So how can said only my service is prohibbited. I have a proven record that fiverr itself have catagory of such service.
