Urgent: Unable to Access Fiverr Seller Plus Features After Subscription Purchase

Hello All,

I tried contacting the customer support and I'm not able to get any answers from them. I request you guys to help me out on resolving this.

I am experiencing an issue with my recently purchased Fiverr Seller Plus Subscription. Initially, I was able to utilize its features without any problem. However, when I attempted to create new promotions for my gigs, I encountered a glitch in the system. Despite numerous attempts, I am now unable to access the Seller Plus features as advertised by Fiverr. I have attached relevant screenshots, to illustrate the problem. As a dedicated member of the Fiverr community, I am eager to resolve this issue promptly to fully benefit from the subscription and contribute effectively.

The customer support asked me to clear cookies and cache, and asked me to try again in different browsers as well but none of them worked. I'm left alone after my purchase and I'm in desperate need of help.
