Never communicate off Fiverr as it's against the TOS.

If you go to your Fiverr dashboard page and reload the page it will show you if there are any orders. If there are none there you have no orders.

Fiverr order numbers have letters and numbers (eg. order number #FO7181D0D7785). That order number has just numbers so seems fake.
