Cannot answer to buyer's message

Hello to everyone.

I got message from potential buyer today but I can't answer to him. When I click on Send I got this message: "Couldn't send your message. Try again". How can I overcome this?

May be Fiverr marked your buyer as Spammer. So don't worry about it.

Sadly it seems that this user no longer has an active account.

They probably violated our ToS and got reported/blocked.

I recommend taking a minute to read our Terms of Service and Forum Rules, just in case of any dilemma or if you need any additional info.

I am also facing the same issue! but in my case i cannot contact to a buyer back!

It appears that the user's account is no longer active, possibly due to a violation of the Terms of Service leading to a report or block.
