I have a problem on the level on my Fiverr account

I should have been level 1 now

but do not know why Fiverr is not updating or not give it



because I already have 47

ORDERS CREATED

34 complete, 23 automatic cancel when I’ve completed orders

maybe it does not account those responsible

but none of the bad feedback all good



what’s the solution?

Patience. You might receive it a little time AFTER your 30 days is up, so don’t worry about it. If in a week you still have not gotten it, then send a ticket to CS and they’ll take care of it.
