Cannot create any new gigs

I used to be a level 2 seller, now with the recent changes I am a new seller again. New sellers now can create only 4 gigs (previously it was 7). I have 3 active gigs, no gigs in drafts/pending/denied/paused/requires modification. So I should be able to create a new gig since I only have 3 active gigs. When I click create gig, the page just refreshes over and over again, there is no error message. Also I tried using a different browser and clearing my cache/cookies, it makes no difference. Does anyone know why I can't create a new gig? I'm just curious if there is some problem with my account.

getting same error from last 7 days cannot post any new gigs even delete the previous one

Some progress! The gigs page now shows an error message, "You can create a maximum of 4 Gigs". However, I still only have 3 active gigs, no gigs in pending/drafts/requires modification/paused or denied tabs.

I've currently got this issue myself
