I did not get any my background and my banner etc

We don’t know why the person that we paid to design our banner and etc for our website did not do his job. We only get header which we don’t really like. When we ask him to re-create the header, he just disappeared. And we didn’t get any of response from him.

Assuming the order is not yet completed, you can use the “request modification” button to ask the seller to try again. If he does not respond, you get the option to cancel the deal.



Otherwise, you could ask for a mutual cancellation through the resolution center.



Do bear in mind that if he supplied exactly what you asked for - even if it isn’t what you like - he still fulfills the Fiverr rules for deliveries. They will not accept cancellation requests for “taste”.



If everything fails, contact Customer Support and ask them for advice.
