My account was flagged for location inconsistencies

4 weeks ago they flagged my account and after putting tickets asking the reason why this is, they told me that I have location inconsistencies. I know that my location has always been Mexico and I am the only person entering into my account so I know there cannot be reasons for marking my account now because nothing changed. So I would like to have any sort of explanation for why they are telling me this. I´ve also been paying fiverr for promoted gigs, I´ve been active on fiverr for 4 years now, I have a 5 star rating out of 176 orders completed, so I know this is very unfair, I´ve also been seeing that a lot of people are presenting this same issue at the same time so I think it can be a problem with the system of fiverr. I already asked them to please pay attention to my case because this is fiverr abusing it's users who have been paying them for years and now they are not even providing any type of help to us.

Only Fiverr Support can assist you with your account-related issues. Many sellers have faced this issue, and I hope it's just an error that they will fix.
