Hello @miyamotomusa

Fiverr users often think that there is a connection between the views and impressions they receive for their Gigs. However, those are just statistics based on these and other metrics. The results shown in the search are individual for each user. Also, please note that Fiverr does not guarantee impressions or clicks for your Gig. We do provide a marketplace for you to advertise your Gigs and leave you to find the best way to make them appealing and promote them outside of Fiverr to increase the number of clicks your Gig receives. The algorithm in charge takes many factors into account, such as overall performance, ratings, number of completed orders, etc, which is why the position of your Gigs cannot be manually altered.

In addition, please take a moment to check out these two articles where you can find more information about it.

Viewing Gig statistics and Best practices for new Fiverr Sellers: Gigs

Thank you.

Hi, I would really appreciate a quick review of my portfolio. I've just published four gigs three days ago, and I'm getting a fair amount of impressions and clicks, but still no orders, which I understand is normal. However, I want to know if I'm missing something. Thanks in advance.

I've published these gigs 8 days ago, and I've noticed each day, I get lower impressions than the day before.
I was wondering if this is normal, and I should leave them as they are, or update them each 7 days maybe..

Clicks are the goal over impressions, and orders the goal above clicks.

When a new gig is published, it gets a boost. The only way to go is down, thus, yes, numbers will drop.

As for your profile, I glanced and my first impression is that the at least two main thumbnails are quite dark, with little contrast. It's possible that some of the clicks were simply because they were too dark to actually see.

Second impression: oh, AI art. I see.

Oh, I see. Fair enough.

I'll see what I can do with them. It's just that the design itself is dark.

I'm not sure what you mean by AI art, as all of my designs are created by me and take a significant amount of time. I only use AI to generate images of people, like in my third gig (alien looking female).

It appears OP has deleted their gig.

I don't get it. Why would I? I just changed the image of the fourth gig to a different one because it was indeed dark.

She meant the link in the first post of the thread. That gig no longer exists.

As for my comment about AI art and your response, I'm glad to hear that a majority of the designs are original. I would caution you, though: if a person sees and identifies ONE piece of AI, it's highly likely to lead to ALL the pieces being sus. Humans in general are fallible to cognitive biases like over reliance on salience. I am human. Sorry for assuming. But be sure to consider that potential Buyers might fall into the same bias.

You have decent impressions with good corresponding clicks.

However, your offer might not be upto the level of satisfaction the potential wants.

You could consider

1. Tweaking your gig description to be more tempting

2. Updating your portfolio

3. Proofreading your landing page

All this tips are what I also learnt from my own personal search for knowledge and how to be a better freelancer.
