Can't Create A New Gig

I have already published 6 gigs, and all the gigs are active.

Now, I want to create a new gig. But whenever I click on the "Create New Gig" button, the Gigs page just reloads but doesn't land me on the gig creation page.

I also created a gig yesterday, but it was denied. Is that the main reason?

Fiverr has updated the level system, so now new Sellers can have 4 active Gigs. Please find more information on this link Fiverr's new level system.
