Can't type letters into my postal code for identity verification

Hello!

I'm a new seller on Fiverr and yesterday I began currently setting up my first gig. After selecting that I do not need to fill out a W9 form (I do not live in the US, I live in Canada), the identity verification service won't let me type my full postal code. I'm only allowed to type in the numbers in my postal code but none of the letters. 

For example, Canadian postal code format is as follows: A1A 1A1, and I'm only able to type 111.

I've disabled my ad blocker and everything so I'm not quite sure what the issue could be. I tried again today after having issues yesterday and it was doing the same thing.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
