About adding new Gigs

Hello! I have been member if Fiverr for a long time, i haven't use for a while so I'm now updating my gigs. But the problem is I can´t add new gigs to my profile. Is there a bug or something? I click on "Add new Gig" and it just reload the page. :(.

You are level one, so you should be able to upload 10 gigs. Maybe check paused gigs and see what your total number of gigs is, otherwise contact support

How can I contact support? I have just 6 gigs, so then I will be able to upload 4 more. ☹️
