NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTED GIG

I previously had access to a promoted Gig, but despite receiving it, I lacked the necessary requirements at the time (I had only six reviews on that specific gig and was a new seller). Now, it has been deactivated, and the message reads, "This Gig will start promoting once it’s back to being promotable." Is this due to not meeting the requirements, or did I overlook something else? Within a few weeks, if not less than a month, I managed to acquire close to five solid 5-star reviews. So, what might be the problem?
