Client placed the order but not responding after placing the order

Client placed the order but not responding  to my messages i give him 1 week delivery time but he is not replying to my messages he told me he is busy so i expand the date but now the expand date is also over i already completed  my task for creating the website now  just need to migrate the website to his main domain but he is not replying. What should i do now?

It's a common issue for freelancer.

That's a good question, in light of success scores and the 'conflict-free order' metric. I have to wonder if reaching out to Customer Support about it would affect your success score(s).

Open a ticket and brief about your problem to CS.

Yes, but the sad part is it will still affect some!

 Cancelations still affect your overall performance.

If the client does not receive your order within 14 days, the order will be automatically received. So you don't need to stress.
