Service Partially rendered but the Client doesn't respond to other things I need.

Should I cancel an order that I arleady worked 80 percent on it but unfortunately I can't continue because I still need some information from the client but I haven't heard from him for almost a week?

Kindly let me know how to handle this kind of issue.

Contact Fiverr Support and request them to contact your buyer on your behalf. Then they will guide you what to do next if your buyer remains unresponsive.
