My level two account is not really performing

As a level two account offering a Shopify store design service.. you should have more credibility and make more income on Fiverr but I noticed that since the time I've received level two seller level, my main gig went back and buyers are not seeing my gigs to order like before

What's really happening?

Your gig is not performing well because maybe some client gave you a negative internal feedback. If you don't satisfy your client, then they can give you bad review. This might significantly lower your gig's performance.

Did you make any big changes to your gig's appearance, description, tags? If so, then your gig will be shown in a different way on search results page.
