Unable to switch to Seller Plus on fiverr

I provide Hand drawn logo design service on fiver. I received notification that im eligible to join seller plus but when im trying its showing that im not eligible. 

Can anyone help me what should i do now?

Customer support can. Maybe they send you an email or a link to join, who knows. Or it might take a bit until it's accessible.
