Fiverr Response Rate misinforms its sellers

So, this has been a bug in the old system, but I see that it has not been fixed in the new system. The condition for this metric states:


This metric reflects the percentage of responses to new messages that are sent within 24 hour

That is not true. If you get a message at 6am and respond at 11am, your response rate will go down. I am well sure I am not the only one to bring that up, and it has never been addressed, so what gives?
