My first gig was denied and I don't know why.

I am blind and was looking for a way to make money. It was recommended to me by a friend that I could become a freelancer in Fiverr by becoming a listening ear, which I have done as a journalist and teacher before I lost my eyesight. I have had training as an Active listener which I have used in my personal and professional life. However, my gig was denied. i listened to the community standards and didnt see any violation. I even created a legal confidentiality agreement for my fiverr clients. What went wrong?
