@Kesha

Just Received this false warning today, I am a level 2 seller and I know all fiverr policies and Terms and conditions, I am 1000% sure I didn't break any rule and yet I was given this false warning.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. I understand this may be disappointing for you. On the Forum, I am unable to provide answers to all Fiverr account-specific questions, but we can point you in the right direction. These account flags are only able to be addressed by our Customer Support team, or if applicable, your Customer Success Manager. If you are not satisfied with the explanation provided by our Customer Support, please reach out to your Success Manager, or ask to escalate further to a senior member.
Thank you.

@Kesha

I contacted support and they're forcing this fake warning upon me, I will never accept new clients if this is result I get for delivering good results to new clients.

How can I contact success manager, I can only do meeting with him that also 2-3 month later when he is free.

I got this warning as well. Honestly, it feels like Fiverr is purposely out to "get" you, trying everything to hold you back and sabotage your growth on the platform. I have over 900 completed orders and 650 reviews, yet I'm flagged for trying to manipulate ratings/levels.

I too received this as well and support has not got back to me. This also happened to me on Friday. Everything is legitimate, repeat clients and I have gone to an artist or two a few times to get work done for my own projects and yet was issued this. Seems like a new AI system in place and it is flagging everyone? I have heard from others this just happened to them as well...

I agree, the platform has changed since I started and does feel like it is trying to sabotage the sellers. Support has not even responded to me and this is the first time they were completely anonymous with a ticket. So strange!!

(this is also the first time support has not responded back to me in a ticket at all after an automated message was sent).

Hi there, I also received the same type of warning, I never have asked or forced a buyer for any type of rating with my services, neither I have made such false purchases towards my account or any other person in the marketplace (I'm sure the site can double-check this).

To me it seems it was a mistake from the site through an automated evaluation. I'm just waiting for an authentic response from Customer Support (as I've read your complaints, indeed it seems the first response to the ticket was just an AI-generated one from the team).

I've been on the marketplace for more than 7 years, it just took me by surprise.

Once I've received the final determination, I'll tell you how my experience went.

Best,

Antonio

Hey buddies, guess what?

My issue was resolved by Customer Support, they confirmed it was a false warning. Now I'm trying to verify my identity through the site (but that's another story).

Best wishes for your businesses,

Antonio

Dear Fiverr Community Team,

I'm New Seller , I recently received a notification stating that my level progress is on hold due to a warning regarding an activity that allegedly violates Fiverr’s policies. The message indicated that the hold would remain in effect until November 2, 2024.

I take Fiverr’s guidelines seriously and always strive to provide the best service while adhering to the platform’s standards. I kindly request a review of the warning and would appreciate any further clarification on the specific issue. If any adjustments or corrections are necessary from my side, I am fully committed to addressing them promptly.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to resolving this matter and continuing to progress on Fiverr.

Dear Fiverr Community Team,

I am a level one seller which I achieved few days ago. But yesterday 22 October 2024 I got this warning "Your level progress is on hold". I don't know what to do now and why I got this. I am always careful to follow Fiver's rules. However, if there is any mistake or need to be updated on my part then I am ready to do so. My two questions are will I lose my level one after three months?
Can't I work on fiver now?

I received the exact same false warning 2 times within 2 months. The first time Custommer Support removed it within 2 hours. The second time, it took more than a week to eventually be removed. CS kept insisting that the warning was legit and cannot be removed. Then, after endless sleeples nights, one morning I received a message from CS saying that the warning was indeed false and was removed. Now I am just hoping that I will never receive the same false warning again. I hope the same to you too!

Just received the exact same false warning for the third time since June 20424.. I was hoping that I will never again deal with this again but.. here we are again.. Last time CS kept refusing that it was a false positive and I went throught a very difficult time until they eventually removed it. Let's hope I will not face the same again.. 😞 I really can't understand why they can't fix it..

Just got it removed! So far, I received the exact same false warning 3 times within 4 months, starting from late June 2024. Let's hope this was the last time. It really starts getting very frustating... Glad this time CS removed it in an instance and I didn't have to go throught what I experienced the second time!

I received a warning from Fiverr that they were holding my progress. I knew I needed to change a few keywords on my gig, so I used the Fiverr keyword research option and added a few keywords, but then they removed my gig.

Well it's not about keywords. It's an activity that violates policies. It could be review exchanges, it could be anything. Usually when they send a warning, you will also receive an email explaining what happened.
