Review of gig video taking a long time

Hello,

I created my gig several days ago. 

Fiverr strongly encourages a short video for every gig, so I created one.

It has now been 3+ days and every time I go to the gig, the video is listed as "Under Review by our Trust & Safety Team". There is an annotation saying the process of review  may take up to 24 hours.

Has anybody had any problem getting their videos reviewed for their gigs? Is the review a slow process? 

If anyone has any good advice as to what is going on, I would appreciate hearing it.

Regarding this issue, Fiverr got in touch with me twice and told me to publish the gig. They never once mentioned the video so in desperation I published the gig, thinking that the video would then show up as 'approved'. Indeed, once the gig went live, the video did show up. So I suppose one should just publish the gig after the 24-hour 'approval' period has expired.

Hello,

I also faced the same issue. 

First of all you need to wait for 24-48 hours, wait and see what happens.

If after that time the video is not visible then contact the CS through the help center and ask them to resolve the issue. 

The CS are very helpful and they will take care of it. I had mine solved recently and they were really cordial.
