Question

I had an order recently that I completed to specification and delivered ahead of schedule. Client claims I didn't follow instructions and requested a full refund. Is there a way to do partial refunds? Also, I suspect he is claiming this because he just doesn't want to pay for the service, and now that he has the completed product he can use it at will and cancle the order - so can use my work without paying. How do we protect against this?
