I got a warning for being unresponsive or unavailable for your buyers.

I set myself as unavailable on Fiverr for 2 weeks now.

One of the old buyers contacted the support and said that I'm not answering him about some old delivery that was delivered and accepted by the buyer more than a month.

And suddenly I got an email that said you just received your first warning of being unresponsive or unavailable for your buyers.

When I talked to the buyer he said that he was unable to send messages through the phone app but he could do that through the browser. so I guess I just got a free warning here without any reason.

 

does anyone have any thoughts about that?

Yes I talked to them but still no answer, do you think there is a chance to remove that warning?
