Out of Commission for 2weeks!

So I was recently in the Hospital for two weeks! I had 5 cancelled oreders and my positive feedback went down 7 percent! Also I’m not able to contact the buyers to explain to them why they weren’t getting responses or did not receive their orders on time. Can anybody help with some input?

First, contact these buyers and explain the situation. Ask them, if possible, to change their feedback. There is no excuse for this because you have their names on your order list, and in your mail, so you can retrieve them and contact them.



Second, if they cannot or will not, contact Customer Support. Explain your situation, and be ready to supply some proof. Maybe they will revert the negative feedback if you genuinely were not to blame. But, be prepared that they might not.
