I've been noticing from few days and it's not being updated since the new Fiverr leveling system came. Is anyone else having the same problem or just me. If it's just me then what can be the issue? Need expert's guidance. Thanks!

It's just on the app. The app isn't updated yet, you'll need to wait until March 14th for that.

Plus, if I understood it correctly, there are no more monthly evaluations.

I have been facing the same issue. I was about to contact customer service but stumbled upon your question. I guess there is a technical issue.

Its not a technical issue. There will be no more evaluation days in the future.

After 14th March 2024, according to the new level system: once you complete the requirements to reach the next level, your level will be up but it might reflect on your dashboard after 24 hours.
