That's because you're on Pro Fiverr, which is meant for buyers to search for Pro freelancers.

Instead of pro.fiverr.com go to fiverr.com.

For FiverrPro there's a specific process following the Apply Now button here.

Hello, I was facing similar issues and I realized you couldn't have both accounts with the same email i.e. a Fiverr pro and a Fiverr seller account. what you should do to revert to your Fiverr seller account is go to administration when you click on your profile scroll down to close the account and it will revert to a normal Fiverr account.
