withdrawal button disable/ unable to withdraw my fund

Hello everyone,  facing a difficulty in withdrawing my available fund on my acct, it says withdrawal disable i should contact support, but I have been trying to reach out to @fiverr support for help but they are responding to the issues. I am unhappy how fiverr treat their sellers it's not okay at all. please @fiverr support I need help in fixing this issues. it so heartbroken to work so hard for your money and even after the account was disable still unable to withdraw the fund. the user name is(mercy_publish).

You know that having two accounts is a violation of our Terms of Service?
