I can't deliver orders




is anyone else experiencing a glitch in the platform? It's been a few hours and I can't seem to be able to deliver orders. I write the message, I attach files, press "deliver" and nothing happens.

After 3 times, the order is marked as delivered but there are no attachments. Also, I can't send messages in the chat.

This is extremely unfair, because the deadline is approaching and I don't want it to be marked as late. I have contacted Customer Support but no response yet.

Is this just a me problem, or are you experiencing it as well?
