Sending Custom Subscription Offers

I do not know your particular issue, of course, but I've had this problem in the past. I asked Customer Service about it and got the usual "some people get it, some people don't" response. When pushed, they reinstated my ability to send them since I pointed out that I regularly used the option and had active buyers who wanted it. Best of luck! I can only suggest you ask CS to help.
