I can't create a GIG. Why is that?

I followed all the steps and wrote my profile and GIG description step by step. When I reached the final step and clicked 'publish', it said 'you are almost done', but then the icon returned to its original state. It seems I can't create the GIG. Does anyone know what's going on? Thank you!
