How to spend refund?

I’m not very experienced with Fiverr, but some time back I bought a gig that didn’t work out, so the seller and I agreed to cancel and a green box now shows up next to my photo with $4.00 shown in it. How can I use that money again?

How come you get 4$? If it is a credit refund, wouldn’t it be 5$?



After all, Fiverr doesn’t keep that extra 1$ for themselves even in a failed transaction. Or shouldn’t. Even the example Jared831 linked speaks of multiples of 5$ and does not mention the lacking 1$.

If they do, it explains how they get rich so quickly from the many failed transactions I hear about.
