First of all welcome to Fiverr community. It is great to have you here.

The most important thing for beginners would be to read the Fiverr Community Guidelines and Terms of Service word by word. Many sellers don't read the document carefully and get into a lot of trouble later on. If I was starting out I would read these documents. Remember that every few months the Guidelines and TOS are updated so be sure to read them frequently. 

I cannot stress enough on how important these rules are. You have to live by them if you want to work here.
