Buyer keeps asking for modifications with the same copy paste indications

I’ve been working with a customer and his activity is a little suspicious… first he ordered 1 gig and I delivered before deadline. I asked him to PLEASE rate the order and he simply ignored my request and said he needed another GIG which I was happy to get! Then I delivered order #2 on deadline and ever since I delivered 3 days ago… he’s been asking for modifications. I have complied to every single modification but today he just copied a the same message he sent yesterday and rejected my delivery AGAIN. Is this odd or is he trying to get the order canceled by me not delivering his modifications? It seemed almost like a SPAM answer. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I hope the buyer is not Doug, I had the same experience with a buyer called Doug, I had to cancel the order, be careful with who you work for and try do a background check on the buyer before you accept working for him or her.

Kindly remind the buyer that you have already done the revision, and you’ve noticed that he is sending you a copy and paste of the exact same thing he requested before.

If he still insists on requesting a modification with the same request, contact Customer Support and ask them to have the order marked as Delivered since you have clearly delivered the order. They will be able to look at the order as well as the conversations between you and the buyer. If nothing else, see if they will just delete the order altogether. I know that’s not the best option in the world, but it’s better than being harassed.
