Ask the Community

So I’ve been on Fiverr for 4 years and haven’t had the need to block a buyer….until now.
 

As I understand it, you do this by clicking on a message from them and choosing the report option. Unfortunately, despite my specific requests to do so, this buyer never messages me before placing an order and I can’t seem to bring up the report function inside the order page. Clicking on their profile only shows me their basic information with no options for blocking them. 

 I’ve contacted customer support and am awaiting their response, just trying all my options here, they’ve already placed 2 orders without consulting first and I’d really like to prevent a third 🫠 

My last resort is messaging them through my generic inbox and hoping they respond so I can block them the suggested way.
