Hi 

I'm new to Fiverr and it's been 21 days. I'm getting about 8 to 10 views a day and I'm online most of the time. Can you suggest what I should do next to get my first order?

You should share your service gig on Linkedin and other social media. You will share your expertise where time is spent on your targeted clients.
