The buyer wants to cancel the order for an unreasonable reason

I have an order to "make karaoke video" for a buyer (German). Buyers only have one requirement: "Just a plain background is enough" for video karaoke. And I did just that.

But when it came time to deliver the product, this buyer kept saying "The video still has vocals" even though I had deleted the vocals. I told this buyer that but this buyer still stubbornly said the same thing. And then finally this buyer wants to cancel the order.

Can everybody give me opinions? I encountered this situation for the first time. 

I watched a video another seller made for this buyer. And it's like mine - all vocals removed.
