Seller plus benefits not being given

Hi Fiverr fam, I just got the fiverr seller plus membership which promises a quick 5-6 hour response from the help center, but my requests are still taking the normal 18-21 hours to solve. Why is this happening?

Because of the recent update, almost every other seller has sent them their tickets regarding their issues/concerns. That's why they are taking time to respond to the tickets. So be patient, you will get your response soon.

May be that also part of the new update bugs
