Shadow banned?

Hey, 

I'm really frustrated. I started using Fiverr a few month ago. Everything worked great. I got a lot of requests and really love working for the clients. I always deliver on time, deliver more that i offer in the gig and try to make everyone happy. 

I'm Clos to be a level 2 seller have no warnings, 4.9 rating, all other stats look super good. A lot of clients booked again. 

 

And after i did my first withdrawal last week my gigs are not visible anymore. You just can't find me. I even pay for the seller plus program, I promote my gigs but now even the promoted one is not visible any more. 

Can anyone help, is this a bug or did I do something wrong but wouldn't I get then a warning first? 

I have really no idea, but I want to work again with the clients. It's so much fun. 

Any help is really is really welcome :)
