Why can't the client view my fiber profile?

Yesterday I had a meeting with a client, and he wanted to view my profile for ordering, but he couldn't do it and I also clicked on the preview button, and it took me straight to the dashboard. I don't know what happened; tell me if there is a problem with my account and why my client ordered. I am not able to preview my account. Please share with me any warning or any kind of problem with my account. I am very worried about it. I have sent a video provided by my client in the attached file. You can review it.
