Best way to get fiverr on chat

A friend account got blocked with 150 cleared money and he was given 90 days for withdrawal, after the 90 days an email was sent by fiverr to do the withdrawal and the link says expired.

And after that a message was sent by fiverr that the blocked account is disabled again.

How can he withdraw the money out?

Tell him to contact Customer Support again by using his E-mail. Hope a support team will help him.
