I have 150+ fiver stars &my level "scores" need improvement?? (Official Complaint)

I have only had two orders in 206 orders rate me below a 5, and both were 4.7s (oddly)... so why am I being told that my success score is an 8?! 

The gigs that I've spent YEARS getting to the optimal SEO and package pricing perfected on are getting lower numbers than brand new gigs that I've done one or two orders with?! 

I have a "Negative impact" on my communication even though my average response time has never in three years been below a few hours?!

I feel like I've been slapped in the face. 

I defend Fiverr every time my peers give me a hassle, but it's getting harder and harder to understand why I'm here.
Up-charging the program to get the money that I earned "early" with the Seller Plus program, even though I pay you 20% of everything I make? 


I feel so dejected and slightly threatened with loosing my level status.
HOW CAN I DO BETTER WHEN YOU DON'T TELL ME WHAT I'VE DONE WRONG?

I read that repeat customers is now a bad thing? even though you've pushed me to hook clients in for years?

if i wasn't in niche markets of my gigs, I feel like my orders would be down. I couldn't imagine being a visual artist or something else.

I don't want to have to take my services elsewhere... I like it here... well... liked it... 

PLEASE reconsider this new leveling system and simplify things.
I feel like there is about to be a mass exodus, and that doesn't make money for you.

Right now I'm speechless about the new update. Hero are getting to zero, Fiverr want to turn into mystery to everyone. 🤔🥺

Yes, that's exactly my problem too!!
My flagship gig , I've been constantly getting 5/5 stars public reviews and customers appreciation in the private chat pages, was rated 4/10 by this New Level System. (downgraded me to level 1)

I do think something's wrong with these new metrics.

I  quote here two paragrahs from Cusstomer Support response, side by side:
1. "You’ll notice clearer criteria for each level, making it easier to know what needs to be improved or maintained to keep your current level or to level up."
2. "(...) the private ratings are very different from the public ones. This means that clients may have concerns or issues that haven't been fully addressed, despite what you may have initially thought about their satisfaction.(...) The level system considers a wide timeframe of your performance to ensure fair assessments and to prevent isolated negative experiences from impacting your score."

How can I improve a gig, I've been constantly getting 5/5 stars with, (both good public reviews and clients' appreciation in the privat chat page), as long as I know nothing about their "concerns or issues" they expressed in the privat survey?

It's weird such a gig to get  4/10 rate by the new level system. If its algorithm calculation is properly made, I'm wondering  if almost all my customers suffer by dissociative identity disorder?

Besides this broken "New System Level"  their Response Rate score is a mess, taking into account the messages reported as spam. I submitted them last year two tickets, and each time they reseted the response rate accordingly ... They still have no intention to see what's wrong with the metrics, as I see.

I couldn't agree more with you mate, in regard to their "early payout" fee (added to 20% charge, even for tips ...)! Rapacity?

Well, I'd expect their response : Take it or leave it.

That's terrible. I also have a similar problem with this "upgrade". And I also have the feeling that my hard-earned reputation, for which I have given everything, has been ruined. I had exclusively 5 star reviews and when I read about the new system I was happy because it meant I had to automatically upgrade to level 2.
Ha! Now I'm (with 5 stars!) level 0! Zero! And I can no longer be found in the Fiverr search! In other words, I don't get any more customers! And as a recommendation from support I get advice to work more on my service! How can I do that? Without customers?

I don't understand how a client can rate your "value for money" when ordering the gig PROVES that it is a value for their money?!
You know what they are probably rating is the fees that Fiverr tack on to the order from the client side.

How is my lowest rated gig the one that says "positive impact" in all fields? 

I guess I'll tuck my tail and learn to act like a bot to appease Fiverr, even though I have excellent working relationships with 90% of my clients.

I feel like buzzwords in private messages are attributing to this and offering discounts via custom orders.
BUT HOW WOULD I KNOW? 

All I receive are generic copy and pastes of poorly written public statements when I ask questions.

I'd be surprised if my business wasn't impacted by complaining here.
