Average Response Time (BUG?)

Hey Everyone 💫

I am currently experiencing a questionable phenomenon with my Average Response Time, as it does not get updated, no matter how fast I reply to any incoming messages. Is this bug related to the New Level system? Or is it because Average Response Time is not being updated?
