Question

Does someone know where I can see the policy as a client on fiverrs copywrite owner ship to logos? I have a logo made but I need the freelancer to release it legally to me showing that I have sole property over the logo. By law by federal law you have to have that in writing. My question is does fiverr, already have a policy in place stating that the client paying for the logo owns all the rights? I'm not really looking to debate this because I know the law about it I just need to know where I can find the policy on Fiverr if anyone has any info please anything would be helpful

From Fiverr’s TOS:

“When purchasing a Service, unless clearly stated otherwise on the Freelancer's Service page/description, when the work is delivered, and subject to payment, the Client is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in the work delivered from the Freelancer, and the Freelancer waives any and all moral rights therein.
