inkpetal Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 got to Sales > Analytics > and hover over the “profile completeness” bar, it will show you a menu of what it wants you to do.
katecarlile Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 I’m also having the same problem - my profile completeness bar displays 100%, yet for some reason i’m still getting the ‘Your user profile is incomplete’ message in my ‘To Do’ box, which is rather annoying seeing as i like to have that down to 0 so i can easily see when i have an order.
