A glitch in the system?

Question

I have been a level 2 seller for 2 years and then I got demoted from level 2 to level 1 in January. Since the new level system is live, the seller dashboard page shows "level 2" and the response rate as "91%". However, the analytics page shows the level as Zero and the response rate as 88%.
Thoughts or suggestions?

The response rate shown on the updated dashboard seems to be showing the response rate for the last 90 days (rather than the old dashboad that showed it for the last 60 days), because if you click on "go to level overview" under it, it says, if you click on response rate:

Quote

This metric reflects the percentage of responses to new messages that are sent within 24 hours, for the last 90 days

The current Analytics page seems to show the response rate % (which it still currently incorrectly calls the "response time") as calculated for the last 60 days since it says under it:

Quote

Respond to 90% of the inquiries you received in the last 60 days

So one seems to be now for 90 days and the other is for 60 days (maybe the one on the analytics page will change later around when the new level system is properly live, eg. around March 14th).

Also for the level - the analytics page will be showing the actual current level (the one currently shown publicly). The dashboard is currently showing the level as it would be with the new updated level system, but which isn't live until March 14th.
