I have a new gig on which I just did 2 orders. 0 cancelation on that specific gig. 5 star rating with good comments But they gave me 4 scores on that gig and said

Negative impact

while on this gig there was no conflict nothing wrong then why it's 4.

I have another gig on which I have done around 36+ orders it has a 6 score like this no freelancer can achieve a 9 score. how do we progress like this? no reset system not even telling the exact issues how we will progress?
