Need Advice on Resolving Duplicate Warning Issue



Hi everyone,

I'm facing a challenge with a duplicate warning on my account for an issue I believed was resolved. Despite serving a 60-day reflection period for a warning received on December 2nd related to a prohibited service, my account is still flagged, affecting my ability to level up.

I've communicated with Fiverr support but the situation remains the same, with my account on hold until March 2nd. I'm looking for advice on:

Navigating the warning system for duplicate issues
Tips on disputing this with Fiverr support
Any experiences or insights into resolving similar situations
Also, has anyone arranged a direct meeting with a Shift Manager or support to discuss such issues? I'm considering requesting a Zoom meeting for a more in-depth discussion.
